A Few Aurora Pics
Here are a few of my favorites of the aurora pics that I got from the other night (3-4 of November). I only sat outside for 5ish hours in the freezing cold…
One of the first photos I took that night. This is not far from my house near the North Fork of Eagle River.
This was taken looking back toward my house.
Just some more trees and northern lights! These ones kept coming down towards us. It felt like you could just reach up and touch them.
Just standing in the river at 17°F with a time delay to get this. You can tell the fog was starting to roll in over the river on this one. We left shortly after that.
Next we went to Beach Lake out in Chugiak. Here are some northern lights over the lake while some clouds floated on by.
And then they started popping up right behind us, so I had to turn the camera around.
More lights swirling above the mountains.
Here’s more that were behind the lake. They were moving around pretty quick.
